This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Monograph Collections, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Monograph Collections for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Monograph Collections as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Monograph Collections and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Monograph Collections to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Monograph Collections Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Monograph Collections control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Monograph Collections is released from Monograph Collections obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Monograph Collections are trademark-protected globally.

Payment

All products remain Monograph Collections property until full payment is made. The US$ price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Monograph Collections.

All transfers conducted through Monograph Collections are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

Warranty Terms

Monograph Collections warranties the original purchaser of our brushes for up to 6 months from date of original purchase from an authorized retailer due to any potential manufacturing defect. This Limited Warranty applies only to normal use of the products, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions, if any, provided with the products set (either in writing or through a hyperlink to such instructions). Our Limited Warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, failure to follow application instructions, improper or inadequate cleaning and maintenance, lost or stolen product, or other external causes. Limit (1) product replacement per transaction.

 

If you discover a defect and notify Monograph Collections during the warranty period, Monograph Collections will, at its discretion, replace the product for a replacement fee of $20. For customers within the United States shipping and duties will be included. For customers outside the United States, you will have to pay any shipping costs and duties. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property. For the replacement to be considered, you will need to supply Monograph Collections electronically with the following information:

No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. Monograph Collections specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If Monograph Collections cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No Monograph Collections reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Damages Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monograph Collections is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation medical or health costs or lost wages or income.

Consumer Protection
For consumers who have the benefit of consumer protection laws or regulations in their state of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, that cannot be disclaimed as set forth above ("consumer laws"), the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer laws. To the extent that liability under such consumer laws may be limited, the liability of Monograph Collections is limited, at its sole option, to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.

Monograph Collections reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Monograph Collections has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Monograph Collections shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return Policy

No exchanges are possible on Monograph Collections online items. You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
